Our classes are designed to be accessible to ALL people—regardless of your physical ability or financial situation.

If you feel that you’re out of shape, too young, too old, have bad knees, a bad back or whatever… LET IT GO! Come to a yoga class and give it a try. All body types are welcome in our classes. We aren’t about pretzel-twisting moves.

We practice a gentle style of vinyasa yoga, which is a form of yoga that links the postures together (AKA no standing still). However, we offer many modifications so no matter your level of “newness,” you can participate comfortably and soon feel like a veteran.

For our experienced practitioners, we include options for advancing the postures and tips for “playing your edge.”

All of our community classes are donation only so pay what you can and don’t let money be a reason for not taking a yoga class. JOIN US!
